This job included a complete revamp of an abandoned shopping center. The anchor store became an upscale food court with retail spaces and a rooftop bar and brewery. 3 smaller buildings were constructed for more tenant spaces, all of which tied together with walking paths throughout the parking area. All new power, LED lighting and controls, and Fire Alarms were constructed and installed.
